Day 1 SFO or LAX / BEIJING
Depart on board Air China or China Eastern Airlines' wide-body 747 jetliner, crossing the Int'l Date Line and lose a day.
Day 2 ARRIVE BEIJING
Upon arrival, transfer and check into the Five-star Wanda Realm Beijing Hotel or similar.

Day 3 BEIJING (AB, L, D)
Begin your sightseeing with one of the wonders of the Ming Dynasty, the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City. Visit Tian-An-Men Square, and the Summer Palace.
Day 4 BEIJING (AB, L, D)
Excursion to the spectacular Great Wall a 4,000-mile-long rampart built over several centuries to keep out the invading Mongols. After lunch visit the Jade carving Factory , then Drive by Beijing Olympic National Stadium, "Bird's Nest" if it is open to the public. Return to the city in time for your Beijing Duck Banquet.

Day 5 BEIJING / XI'AN (AB, L, D)
Take morning flight to Xi'an. Today's city tour includes the ancient City Wall. Enjoy Dumpling Dinner followed by Tang Dynasty Culture Show at night. Check into the downtown located Luxury Grand Noble Hotel or similar.

Day 6 XI'AN / GUILIN (AB, L, D)
A full day tour recalls the glories of ancient Xi'an-the burial site of an incredible army of 8,000 lifelike Terra-Cotta Soldiers; then visit the Art and Handicraft Factory. Take evening flight to Guilin and check into Five-star Lijiang Waterfall Hotel or similar.

Day 7 GUILIN / YANGSHUO / GUILIN(AB, L, D)
Spend the day aboard a scenic Li River cruise, passing picturesque farms and fishing villages with its thousands of limestone outcroppings, Guilin has been the inspiration for generations of silk scroll painters.
Day 8 GUILIN / KUNMING (AB, L, D)
After breakfast, drive by Elephant Trunk Hill and then visit the Reed Flute Caves, where spectacular stalactite and stalagmite formations dazzle visitors. Take afternoon flight to Kunming and check into the five-star Kunming Grand Park Hotel or similar.

Day 10 KUNMING (AB, L, D)
Begin a full-day tour of the area with a two-hour excursion to Kunming's extraordinary Stone Forest a 270- million-year-old limestone outcrop resembling a petrified forest.

Day 11 KUNMING/LIJIANG (AB, L, D)
Take morning flight to Lijiang, which is a small town with a spectacular mountain backdrop, bordering Tibet. Along the way, enjoy the breathtaking scenery and have a stopover at a Bai village to see the traditional stone buildings. After lunch, visit the Black Dragon Pond, and the Dongba Culture Exhibition Museum, which represents the Dongba Pictographic Characters & Naxi Minorities mysterious Culture, some of which still use the matriarchal social system up till today. Late afternoon, tour the ancient Town of Lijiang, recently named a World Heritage Site by the United Nations in 1999. Check into the the four-star ShiLi Hotel or similar

Day 12 LIJIANG (AB, L, D)
A whole day tour starts with a visit to Yufeng Si, a traditional Lamasery famous for its 1000-year-old Camellia Tree. Take cable car ascending Yulong (jade dragon) Mountain to visit Yunshanping grassland, and tour the Baisha Naxi minority village with the ancient Dongba minority's wall paintings.

Day 13 LIJIANG/SHANGHAI/SUZHOU (AB, L, D)
Take flight to Shanghai, then coach to the world famous Garden City of Suzhou. Transfer to Five-star Grand Metro Park Hotel or similar.
