Day 1 SFO or LAX / BEIJING
Depart on board Air China or China Eastern Airlines' wide-body 747 jetliner to China. Cross the int'l Date Line and lose a day.
Day 2 ARRIVE BEIJING
Welcome to Beijing, China's Capital City. You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to Five-star Wanda Realm Beijing Hotel or similar.

Day 3 BEIJING (AB, L, D)
Visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, the residence of emperors for more than 500 years. The Summer Palace, a summer resort for Empress Dowager Ci Xi.
Day 4 BEIJING (AB, L, D)
Excursion to the spectacular Great Wall a 4,000-mile-long rampart built over several centuries to keep out the invading Mongols. After lunch visit the Jade Carving Factory, the Drive by Beijing Olympic National Stadium, "Bird's Nest" . Enjoy your Beijing Duck Banquet in the evening.

Day 5 BEIJING / XI'AN (AB, L, D)
Take morning flight to Xi'an, the ancient capital. Upon arrival, check into the downtown located Luxury Grand Noble Hotel or similar. After lunch, visit the the ancient City Wall.

Day 6 XI'AN (AB, L, D)
A full day tour recalls the glories of ancient Xi'an, as we visit the burial site of an incredible army of 8000 lifelike Terra Cotta soldiers and Art and Handicraft Factory. Enjoy Dumpling Banquet & Tang Dynasty Songs and Dances Show at night.

Day 7 XI'AN / LHASA (AB, L, D)
After breakfast, fly to the holy city of Lhasa, capital of the mystical Buddhist Kingdom of Tibet. Locked away in its mountain fortress of the Himalayas, Tibet has long had a unique hold on the imagination of the West. You will be at leisure this afternoon at the hotel with time to adjust to the high altitude. Check into four star local-bestTibet Hotel Lhasa or similar.

Day 8 LHASA (AB, L, D)
We will start off our tour of Tibet with the 15th Century Drepung Monastery and the Norbulinka, formerly the summer palace of the Dalai Lama. Then we will visit Sera Monastery.
Day 9 LHASA (AB, L, D)
Today visit the overwhelming Potala Palace, home to the Dalai Lama, the 1300 year-old Jokhang Temple, Tibet's holiest temple. Finally we will have time to browse and shop in a fascinating market.
Day 10 LHASA / CHENGDU (AB, L, D)
In the morning fly to Chengdu. After lunch continue our tour by visiting the Panda Research Institute and Breeding Center, established in the year of 1987. Enjoy the view of these lovable creatures. Check into the Four-Star Chengdu Tianfu Sunshine Hotel or similar.

Day 11 CHENGDU/SHANGHAI/SUZHOU (AB, L, D)
Take flight to Shanghai, then coach to the world famous Garden City of Suzhou. Transfer to Five-star Grand Metro Park Hotel or similar.

Day 12 SUZHOU / SHANGHAI (AB, L, D)
Today's tour includes Master's of the Nets Garden, Silk Factory or Embroidery Institute, and cruise on the famous Grand Canal. Afternoon coach back to Shanghai, transfer and check into the Five-star Four Point by Sheraton Shanghai Daning or similar.
